The automatic vertical lift module is a high‑density automated storage system that uses pallets as carriers. Through its mechanical mechanism, it lifts, lowers, and shifts pallets with absolute positioning precision control, ensuring fast and reliable storage and retrieval. An automatic height‑sensing function at the entry point dynamically and compactly allocates storage space inside the unit. The system can span one to three floors, with pick‑up stations available at multiple levels for convenient access.

Each pallet can carry a maximum load of 1 tonne, and an auxiliary extraction device facilitates the handling of heavy items. The touch‑screen operator terminal is simple and user‑friendly, while the networked architecture supports seamless integration with ERP, MES, and other management systems. Multiple safety protection mechanisms ensure stable and reliable operation. The system truly realises the "from goods to person" intelligent management concept, significantly improving warehouse efficiency and space utilisation.

The Vertical Carousel is an intelligent, automated rotating storage unit that integrates smart warehousing with automated material handling.
